What does Xcpu mean?
The XCPU is a measurement for the CPU allocation of the physical server, calculated based on the VCPU value. Shared hosting, by its very nature, cannot allocate the CPU as a VPS would, since virtualization is not enabled in the kernel. We therefore designed a percentage allocation of resources using our dynamic kernel management system. The processor resources provided by the XCPU correspond to those provided by the VCPU.
Do I have SSL?
Of course, all hosting plans are automatically SSL enabled.
Do I need FTP?
No, no FTP needed, we do everything for you.
What does defense against attacks and malware mean?
We will protect your site from any DDoS attacks or external SQL injection attempts, but we do not guarantee the removal of malicious plugins installed by the customer.
Does managed hosting mean managed website?
We monitor the site and in case of intrusions, script kiddies or DDos attacks we intervene automatically to keep it safe but we do not install plugins or correct graphics or functionality problems, for that there are support packages
I made a mess I need the backup
It would be advisable to make backups from WordPress before carrying out risky operations, but if you have not thought about it, send us the request via ticket and we will restore the last backup from midnight (you could lose the data of the day)
I have a website on another hosting. Can I transfer it here?

Absolutely nothing. If you purchased a hosting plan and a Sitista concept, you only have to wait 24 hours to see it live on the domain you chose here.
How do I see if I'm running out of resources?
you have an indicator in the wordpress dashboard that informs you of the level of resources
I want to upgrade my hosting plan
If you want to upgrade to a larger plan you can simply purchase it above and we will assign the corresponding resources to your site.
Is my data safe?
As far as our staff is concerned, there is an automatic non-disclosure agreement when purchasing hosting, but we cannot guarantee for third parties to whom you give access to the site.
I want to close my account and transfer my site to another hosting provider.
No problem, just let us know and we’ll send you the domain’s authentication code within 24 hours. If you’d like the site in zip format, you can do so yourself using the backup tool directly from WordPress. For emails, we recommend downloading everything to your client from our IMAP server.
