Then comes the operational phase: creating the website draft
In this phase, it's up to us:
We’ll create the first draft of your new website on our development servers, based on the information from the initial chat.
At this stage, you normally don’t need to do anything. However, we might ask you for some clarification on certain aspects or for various materials (texts, addresses, photos, etc.) via chat.
The development phase will produce a complete draft of the website, ready for the next stage where your active input is required.
Once the draft is ready, it's time to review it together
We’ll contact you via chat and provide you with the web address of your new site’s draft.
At this stage, you can examine it in detail, give us your feedback, tell us what you like and what you’d like to change (always within the scope initially agreed upon).
If any changes need to be made to the graphics or text, this is the time to do it. The key is to stay within the framework established during the initial quote chat.
Changing your mind and undoing graphic elements that were detailed in the quote and faithfully created by our designers, only to redo them in a completely different way, is not allowed. This is out of respect for their work and effort.

Do you already have hosting? No? Now’s the time! Our experts will guide you through the jungle of offers from various providers to select the most suitable hosting for your website. Or, if you prefer, we can suggest our own hosting plan.
Once this step is done, you don’t have to worry: we’ll take care of uploading the finished draft to your new online space.
All technical configurations will be expertly handled by our specialists, and your website will finally come to life and shine on its own.

Now that you have your account, we need to configure it to set up Tag Manager, Search Console, and Analytics!
Don’t worry — our technicians will take care of everything and connect your new website to the essential Google tools for SEO, SEM, and analytics functions.
These are the interconnections included in the price of your new website. Of course, there are many others you can check out in the dedicated section. Some specific ones, like creating and connecting payment processors, are also included in the cost of e-commerce sites.

At the end of the project, we’ll spend a few hours online together to give you some training on how to use your new site.
Honestly, it’s not strictly necessary, since the site is built on WordPress and there are thousands of tutorials on how to use it in all languages and formats, wherever you want to look. But we personally want to give you some pointers to help you avoid mistakes and manage your new website as best as possible.
Obviously, this step is optional for you. If you already have WordPress experience or simply don’t want to spend the time, no problem at all.
