Questions and answers about our web services

I would like to have a website but I don't have a clear idea

If you're approaching this topic for the first time, it's normal to be a little confused. The good news is that we at Sitista aren't formal and are always open to chatting. Just click the chat button and we'll try to find the right solution for you.

I like a Sitista project and would like a similar site, how do I interpret the price range?

Good! Using a sector-specific project is the fastest and most economical solution because everything is already planned. The price range is calculated based on the deviation from the original project: the closer you stay to the original graphics and functionality, the lower the price of the final site will be.

DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE HOSTING?

Not directly. Although we have all the expertise to build a hosting infrastructure in-house, we have chosen not to enter this market for now.

I'VE DECIDED TO CREATE MY WEBSITE WITH YOU. WHICH HOSTING SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Thank you for your trust! To choose the right hosting, you first need to understand the needs of the site you're creating. The good news is that we'll guide you step by step through choosing and configuring your hosting.

The estimate you gave me is fine, what should I do now?

If the quote is OK and the total is less than €1,000, we'll proceed with full payment in advance. We'll then begin creating a draft of the website on our servers, building it according to the agreed-upon specifications. Once it's ready, we'll choose the hosting, configure it, and upload the draft to it.

Once I upload the draft to my hosting, is the work finished?

Not at all, the new site, once it has taken possession of its natural domain, will be interconnected by us to Google services (analytics, search console) and other external systems that we have identified in chat (OTA platforms, Meta, legal compliance platforms, etc.)

I have a large project and I need a scalable cloud.

We can easily build cloud infrastructures using AWS, Digital Ocean, Vultr, Hetzner, Alibaba, and other providers. This type of work, of course, requires a separate quote. The good news is that not only can we design and build large platforms (cloud or dedicated servers), but we can also manage them for you, providing comprehensive system support.

I had a fight with my hosting provider and I want to change.

That's the beauty of WordPress! If you're having trouble with one hosting, you have the whole world at your disposal! Migration is a delicate operation that should be handled by someone who knows what they're doing. The good news is that if you're one of our clients, you can purchase our professional migration service for standard sites, or ask us for a quote for large infrastructure projects.

How much does a website ultimately cost?

Generally speaking, prices start from 250 for a simple blog to 980 for an e-commerce site if you choose to customize an existing project. For custom work, it depends on the specific request.

How long does it take to get it online?

You can estimate 7 days for a simple blog or even 3 weeks for an e-commerce site, and then the issue of customization always applies. The more detailed and extensive it is, the more time it requires.

Is the estimate final?

Yes. The initial chat can last several days if it requires further investigation and material review, and the work to be done is crystallized there, down to the smallest details. We don't like receiving surprises, nor do we like to give them to the client.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Absolutely. This is the power of WordPress: the site owner's complete freedom to update, modify, change hosting providers, etc.

What does the final training consist of?

At the end of the project, a short training session is always provided, consisting of access to the new site's administrative backend and a hands-on explanation of the key features needed to manage it. If it's an e-commerce site, we'll explain how to add, delete, and edit products, prices, categories, etc.; if it's a blog, we'll explain how to manage posts, tags, categories, etc. Each type of site has its own specific requirements, which helps us achieve our goal of enabling you to use the site efficiently and optimally.

Is the site SEO optimized?

Of course, all our sites are natively optimized for SEO: structure, speed, markups, metadata are all set to favor the ranking on search engines

Is the site compliant with the new withdrawal regulations?

Yes. All our e-commerce sites feature a button for quickly exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. This includes: a button, legal exclusion checkboxes on the checkout, automatic email receipt sending, a dedicated withdrawal page, functionality for both guests and registered users, product classification according to the various types of application of the regulation, both individually and by category, clear indication of national and European reference standards, links to order statuses, a clear and interactive procedure for the customer (no dark patterns), printable PDF forms for self-completed by the customer, internal management of withdrawal requests with the option of exporting them with one click in the event of requests from the authorities, quick buttons for accepting, rejecting, and adding to requests.

What materials should I provide for the site?

Generally, logos, text, and images, but this isn't mandatory. We can also create logos and images ourselves, although this will obviously impact the quote. As for the texts, we offer a professional copywriting service, although you should still provide us with the message and concepts you want to convey to your visitors.

Will you assist me in time?

Yes, in the services section you'll find all the support we provide to our clients, only for those who have created their website with us. Monthly management, emergency interventions, updates, modifications, etc.: everything your website might need over the course of its life is available.

Why don't you provide support for third-party sites?

This isn't a whim-driven decision: building a website requires technical choices and tricks that vary greatly from developer to developer. Working with a third-party site means first having to research other people's ways of working, adapt to their technical choices, correct their mistakes, and embrace their philosophy. It costs twice as much work, and the result is never optimal. That's why we offer support exclusively to our own clients. It's like taking a Renault to a Mercedes dealership; they might even fix it, but it'll never become a Mercedes, and it'll cost you twice as much.

Do you also set up domain emails?

Of course, if we create the @yourdomain.com emails for you on the hosting control panel and configure the webmail and provide you with the parameters for your email client

What if I want to add features after delivery?

No problem, our sites are designed to be natively expandable with new pages, new menu items, and new features. Simply request a quote for the new features.
