14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days, starting from the moment you receive your order, to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty, as established by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections address cases that may apply to this store: remove those you do not sell.
Digital content downloaded with your explicit consent
When you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, instant-access online courses, software licenses, etc.) and expressly request immediate delivery, thereby acknowledging that you will lose your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies — Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Your explicit consent is collected at the time of payment.
Services started during the withdrawal period at your request
If you ask us to begin providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you may still withdraw from the contract, but you must pay us an amount proportional to the work already performed — Art. 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Your explicit request is collected at the time of payment.
Personalized, perishable, hygienically sealed, or sealed media
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable), items sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and opened after delivery, as well as sealed audio, video, or software recordings opened after delivery — Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e), and (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Accommodation, rental, food, or leisure services with an expiry date
Services tied to a specific date or period of performance are excluded from the right of withdrawal — accommodation other than residential (hotels, holiday homes), vehicle rental, freight transport, food, and leisure services such as event tickets — Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
